Mel Hookway

Head Trainer

Mel is the founder and head trainer of MojoFit. After having two kids, she decided to leave her successful career in the corporate world to follow her dreams in the health and fitness industry. Mel has a real passion for helping her clients achieve all their health and fitness goals through coaching and motivating them to get real results.

Qualifications

  • Certificate III & IV in Fitness
  • Australian Institute of Fitness Master Trainer
  • Certified Boxing Trainer
  • TRX Suspension Trainer
  • Kettlebell Trainer
  • Bachelor of Business

When Mel isn’t training her clients, she’s usually training for a race or endurance event, as she loves a challenge! Some of her favorite things to do are hanging out with family and friends, travelling on overseas holidays and cruising on Sydney Harbour.
