I first went to Mel when I was made redundant.  I was feeling a little low at the time but as soon as I met Mel she breathed VITALITY into me.  I had always been active in sports but in recent years it had gone by the way.  Mel gently got me gong again.   As a 70 year old I put my new found enthusiasm for life down to regular work out sessions with Mel once a fortnight.   Her encouragement to keep pressing forward meant a lot to me.  We used to laugh our way through sessions, but there was plenty of work to be done.  I almost gave chocolate up and I even went without my wine for a few nights here and there.  The results were spectacular.  I got to my goal for my 70th birthday.  Thank you Mel.   I look forward to more sessions to blow the cobwebs away.

Training with Mel is fun! In a perverse painful sort of way - but that is the point, no pain no gain.
